Return Policy

You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returned products must be unused and in a pristine, sellable condition.

• Both the product and its original packaging must be free from any damage, deformation, or signs of use.

Return Shipping Costs:

The shipping fee for all returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Full refunds will not be issued for returns sent with receiver-pays shipping (or 'sent collect'). For such returns, any shipping fees and applicable taxes incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
