2. Definitions
Website means the website operated under the domain name thegoatz.co and any pages, features, services, checkout functions, content and tools made available through it.
The Goatz, Seller, we, us or our means Seçil TÜREDİ operating the Website and offering products under the brand The Goatz.
User means any person who visits, browses, accesses or uses the Website.
Buyer means a user who places an order through the Website.
Products means handmade ceramics, soy candles, home decoration products, accessories, art objects and similar physical goods offered for sale on the Website.
Agreement means these Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Distance Sales Agreement, Preliminary Information Form, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Return Policy and other policies or legal notices published on the Website.
3. Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Use regulate general Website use. Purchases made through the Website are also subject to the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.
In case of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Distance Sales Agreement or Preliminary Information Form regarding a consumer purchase, the Distance Sales Agreement and mandatory consumer protection rules shall prevail for that purchase.

International orders may also be subject to customs rules, import rules, local taxes and mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of delivery or the Buyer’s country of residence.

7. Prices, Taxes and Availability
Product prices, currencies, applicable taxes charged by the Seller in Turkey where applicable, shipping fees and total order amounts are displayed before the Buyer confirms the order.
The Seller is responsible for its own tax obligations arising in Turkey in connection with the sale, invoicing and export of the products, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation of the Republic of Turkey.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website or at checkout, prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, storage fees, carrier collection fees or similar charges that may arise in the country of delivery.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance costs, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees and similar official or third-party charges arising in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For international returns, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise or unless the product is defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, return shipping costs, customs charges, import/export fees, return clearance charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage fees and similar return-related charges may be borne by the Buyer.
Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal requests or needs, including personalized, custom-made, made-to-order or specially produced products, may not be eligible for withdrawal unless the product is defective or mandatory law provides otherwise.
