Delivery and Returns
At The Goatz, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. Below are all the details regarding our delivery and return process:
Delivery:
Your orders will be processed once your payment is confirmed.
Our products are packaged securely and environmentally friendly, and shipped via DHL.
International deliveries may vary depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Free Returns:
You can return your purchased item(s) for free within 14 days of receiving your package.
The product(s) must be in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of damage, either on the product itself, the box, or the packaging.
Any tape, labels, or similar items affixed to the product packaging or box will render the item unsellable and, therefore, returns of such items will not be accepted.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds:
If your returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 7 days and sent to your bank.
Refunds for returned items will typically reflect on your credit card within 1-3 business days; however, the timing may vary for debit cards depending on your bank.
Refunds for installment payments will be processed in installments as per bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
