Delivery and Returns

At The Goatz, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. Below are all the details regarding our delivery and return process:

Delivery:

  • Your orders will be processed once your payment is confirmed.

  • Our products are packaged securely and environmentally friendly, and shipped via DHL.

  • International deliveries may vary depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Free Returns:

  • You can return your purchased item(s) for free within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • The product(s) must be in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of damage, either on the product itself, the box, or the packaging.

  • Any tape, labels, or similar items affixed to the product packaging or box will render the item unsellable and, therefore, returns of such items will not be accepted.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds:

  • If your returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 7 days and sent to your bank.

  • Refunds for returned items will typically reflect on your credit card within 1-3 business days; however, the timing may vary for debit cards depending on your bank.

  • Refunds for installment payments will be processed in installments as per bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
