Our company provides door-to-door delivery services for your handmade ceramic products from Turkey to European Union (EU) member countries, ensuring safe and fast arrival with the reliability of DHL Express. During the order process, you can choose between two different options: Express Shipping and Economy Shipping.

 OUR SHIPPING PROCESS AND TRACKING

ORDER AND PREPARATION

  • Preparation Time: Your ordered products (being handmade) are carefully prepared and packaged within [1-10] business days.

  • Packaging Expertise: Especially for fragile items like ceramics, we use special protective packaging methods that comply with DHL standards to prevent breakage.

ADDRESS PICK-UP

  • Your package will be collected by DHL couriers from our [The Goatz Atelier] via an appointment system.

  • All customs declarations and export documents are prepared by us at this stage.



END-TO-END TRACKING

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a unique DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track every stage of your shipment online in real-time.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your chosen service type (Express or Economy) and your package's volumetric weight and dimensions (desis).

  • Transparent Pricing: When the total weight and dimension details of your products in the cart are entered, the net shipping fee for both options will be displayed on the payment page. You will not encounter any surprise additional costs.

  • VAT/TAX: VAT/taxes related to shipping fees will be reflected on the invoice according to [Turkey/Destination Country] regulations.

INSURANCE AND SECURITY

  • Standard Insurance: All our shipments are covered by DHL's standard carrier insurance.

  • Additional Insurance: For your valuable ceramic products, an option to purchase additional full-value cargo insurance is available during the order process. This insurance covers the full value of the product in case of loss or damage during transit.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: For the insurance coverage to be valid, it is mandatory to have a damage report (tutanak) filed immediately with the DHL courier upon delivery, if any damage or breakage to the product is observed. Without a damage report, the insurance will be ineffective.

IMPORTANT NOTES (CUSTOMS AND DAMAGE)

  • EU Customs Procedures: Any import taxes (VAT) and customs duties that may arise during customs clearance processes in EU countries are the responsibility of the destination country and the recipient.

  • Damaged Delivery: If your product arrives damaged, please ensure a damage report (tutanak) is filed with the courier and notify us with visuals via [Your Email Address] within 24 hours. Damage claims without a damage report will not be processed and will fall outside the scope of insurance coverage.
